Brazilian Catholic Community in San Diego

A bilingual church community needed one clear place to find the next Mass, the calendar, how to give and how to get in touch. This is how we built its identity and its website.

The goal

Make it easy for members and newcomers to find the next Mass, the weekly rosary and special celebrations, to give, and to reach the community, in English or Portuguese, on a phone or a computer.

One system, from the symbol to the screen

The symbol has a ribbon with three colors that stand for what the community lives together. The website uses them as its palette: green for Charism, gold for Mission and blue for Spirituality. The same colors and typography carry over to print pieces, banners and social media posts, so the community looks like one voice everywhere.
